This community is intended for individuals pursuing a greater understanding of conflict and the impact of conflict in the workplace.

Conflicts in the workplace can use undue resources, increase turnover, or extend project deadlines and budgets, but they can also be harnessed for their positive potential. When managed successfully, conflict can create opportunities for new innovation, relationships, and procedures. Professionals and managers need information and skills to understand and manage current workplace conflicts, use early warning systems and preventative techniques to identify and target future conflicts and have strategies and skills for de-escalating and surviving a conflict crisis with confidence.
